Spokesbot is a done-for-you AI spokesperson video production service for businesses, marketers, educators, and content teams who need polished on-camera video without hiring actors, booking studios, or learning complex AI software. Every project is handled by a single operator from brief to delivery: scripting, avatar selection, timing, captions, music, brand matching, and final export are all included. Spokesbot differs from DIY tools like Synthesia and HeyGen in that clients never log in to any platform — they send a brief and receive a finished video. That means no learning curve, no awkward first drafts, and no back-and-forth with a production team; there is one person accountable for the result.
Spokesbot was started by an MBA student in Arizona who grew frustrated scheduling actors for class projects and client work. Every video needed a presenter, every presenter needed a call, and every call added days to a timeline that rarely had room for them. The solution was to learn the AI video stack well enough to produce results that held up professionally, then offer that as a service rather than a tool. The founder handles every project personally, which means clients get consistent quality and a single point of contact rather than a ticket queue.
The Starter package covers videos up to 30 seconds. The client provides the script; the operator polishes it for spoken delivery, fixes pacing, and flags anything that will not land when spoken aloud. One avatar is selected for the client from the standard library, matched to their brand. Includes standard captions synced to speech, a royalty-free music bed, and delivery as a 1080p 16:9 MP4 with full commercial rights. Turnaround is 5 business days from script approval. One script regeneration is included; additional regenerations are $120 each.
The Standard package covers videos up to 60 seconds. Everything in Starter, plus: the operator writes the script from the client's brief, developing one concept until the client approves it. The client chooses the avatar from three curated options. Includes branded captions in the client's fonts and colors, a background and setting matched to the client's brand, a custom thumbnail, and a 30-minute kickoff call. Turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from script approval. Two script regenerations are included; additional regenerations are $240 each. Standard is the most popular tier, used for product explainers, service ads, and course introductions.
The Studio package covers videos up to 90 seconds. Everything in Standard, plus script strategy: two to three distinct concepts to choose from, alternative opening hooks for the first five seconds, a call to action built for the client's specific conversion goal, and a one-page written rationale for the recommended approach. Includes an avatar A/B recommendation, custom lower thirds and an animated end card, the social launch pack, and source files with an extended commercial license. Turnaround is 2 to 3 business days from script approval. Three script regenerations are included; additional regenerations are $360 each. Includes a 30-minute strategy call and direct message access throughout the project. Studio is used for flagship brand videos, investor decks, multilingual campaigns, and paid advertising at scale. Studio clients book through the quote form.
Unlimited edit revisions are included with every package at no extra cost. These cover captions, music and mix, timing and pacing, color grading, branding, lower thirds, end cards, CTA text, aspect-ratio crops, and file format. Script regenerations, which require re-recording the AI performance, are metered by tier as described above. Videos longer than the package maximum are billed at $12 per additional second.
Rush delivery, next business day after script approval: $195. Vertical and square cuts for social platforms: $95. A second version of the same script with a different avatar or opening hook: $195. An additional language version: $195 per language. Social launch pack — a custom thumbnail, five caption variants written for the platform the client is posting to, and posting notes — $95 if not already included in the package. Source files and extended commercial license: $75 if not already included.
3 videos: 10% off. 5 videos: 15% off. 10 videos: 20% off. Bundle videos can be any mix of packages and expire 12 months after purchase. Monthly retainer: $1,995 per month for four Standard-length videos with priority turnaround.
The client submits a brief. The operator writes or polishes the script depending on the package. Nothing is rendered until the client approves the script in writing — changes at this stage are free and unlimited. Once approved, the operator produces the video, delivers it for review, and turns around any edit revisions within one business day. Final files are delivered as 1080p MP4 with captions as a separate .srt or .vtt file.
Every project delivers a 1080p MP4 file with commercial usage rights. Captions are included as a synchronized .srt or .vtt file. Aspect ratios available: 16:9 widescreen, 9:16 vertical, and 1:1 square. Source files and extended commercial license are included in Studio and available as an add-on for other tiers.
A full refund is available at any point before the client approves the script in writing, for any reason and with no explanation required. Once the script is approved and production begins, the order is non-refundable because rendering costs are incurred at that point; unlimited edit revisions apply instead. Add-ons are refundable before work on that add-on begins. Retainers are month to month and cancellable with 14 days notice. All delivery is digital — nothing is shipped. Turnaround begins at written script approval, not at payment.
Is this really AI? Yes. The spokesperson is an AI avatar, not a real actor recorded for this project. Spokesbot is transparent about this.
Will viewers be able to tell it's AI? Some will. What makes Spokesbot videos hold up is the quality of the script, the pacing, the sound design, and the overall production.
Can I choose the avatar? Starter clients have an avatar selected for them, matched to their brand. Standard clients choose from three curated options. Studio clients receive an A/B recommendation on which of two avatars suits their audience, and why.
Do I need to write the script? Starter clients provide their own script, which is polished for spoken delivery. Standard clients send a brief and the script is written for them. Studio clients receive script strategy: multiple concepts, alternative opening hooks, and a written rationale.
How long does delivery take? Starter is 5 business days from written script approval, Standard is 3 to 5 business days, and Studio is 2 to 3 business days. Rush delivery, next business day, is available for $195.
Can I use it in paid ads? Yes. Every package includes commercial usage rights. The extended license covers broader commercial applications including broadcast and paid social at scale.
What if I don't like the first cut? Unlimited edit revisions are included at every tier. If the issue is in the edit — captions, timing, music, color, branding — it is fixed at no charge. If the issue is the AI performance itself, that uses a regeneration from the tier's allowance.
What counts as a regeneration? Re-rendering the AI avatar performance, required any time the script changes, the avatar changes, or the performance direction changes substantially. Everything else — caption text, music, timing, color, branding, file format, aspect-ratio cuts — is an edit revision and is unlimited and free.
What if I need a longer video? Videos longer than the package maximum are billed at $12 per additional second. For videos significantly longer than 90 seconds, the quote form is the right entry point.
What languages are supported? More than 30 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, and Hindi. Additional language versions are available at $195 per language.
What's the refund policy? A full refund is available before the client approves the script in writing. Once production begins, refunds are not available, but unlimited edit revisions apply instead.
How do I get started? Starter and Standard clients start at the pricing page and pay directly. Studio clients start with a short quote form. Either way, the first deliverable is a script, and nothing is produced until the client is happy with what it says.
