Can I choose the avatar? Starter clients have an avatar selected for them, matched to their brand. Standard clients choose from three curated options. Studio clients receive an A/B recommendation on which of two avatars suits their audience, and why.
Do I need to write the script? Starter clients provide their own script, which is polished for spoken delivery. Standard clients send a brief and the script is written for them. Studio clients receive script strategy, which means multiple concepts, alternative opening hooks, and a written rationale.
How long does delivery take? Starter is 5 business days from written script approval, Standard is 3 to 5 business days, and Studio is 2 to 3 business days. Rush delivery, next business day, is available for $195.
Can I use it in paid ads? Yes. Every package includes commercial usage rights. The extended license covers broader commercial applications including broadcast and paid social at scale.
What if I don't like the first cut? Unlimited edit revisions are included at every tier. If the issue is in the edit, meaning captions, timing, music, color, or branding, it is fixed at no charge. If the issue is the AI performance itself, that uses a regeneration from the tier's allowance.
What counts as a regeneration? Re-rendering the AI avatar performance, which is required any time the script changes, the avatar changes, or the performance direction changes substantially. Everything else, including caption text, music, timing, color, branding, file format, and aspect ratio cuts, is an edit revision and is unlimited and free.
What if I need a longer video? Videos longer than the package maximum are billed at $12 per additional second. For videos significantly longer than 90 seconds, the quote form is the right entry point.
What languages are supported? More than 30 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, and Hindi. Additional language versions are available at $195 per language.
What's the refund policy? A full refund is available before the client approves the script in writing. Once production begins, refunds are not available, but unlimited edit revisions apply instead.
